Italian Mid Century Design

We often think of Denmark or the US when we think of mid century furniture design, or at least I do, but have you seen how the Italians did it?  Impressive.

Craigslist Love - Mid Century Galore

I love me some Craigslist. So much of my MCM furniture has come from Craigslist Los Angeles. I love to browse to see what's out there. It's a good way for me to zone out and take a break in my day. It's also torture because I always want so many things. I just can't resist.

Here are my latest faves in Los Angeles:

Danish Modern Rocker - I'd marry this chair

Mid Century Credenza / TV stand - Love the lines and simplicity of this.

Low Mid Century Sofa with Attached Side Table - Someday I will own one! I love these.

Mid Century Modern Danish Style Wall Unit - I wish I had a wall for this!

Mid Century Hanging 3 Bulb Chandelier - Simply stunning.

Gio Ponti Style High Back Chairs - These are like art to me.

Vintage 1950's Baby Blue Loveseat with Sweetheart Back - What a sweet little sofa. Great color!

Eero Saarinen Womb Chair in White - So Beautiful. I would sink into this and read a great book.

Mid Century Tiered Side Table - I love the cutouts on the sides.

Cute Mid Century Nightstand or Side Table - What a fun piece to add a pop of color to the room.

Classic Eames Era Ball Pendant - So simple and gorgeous. I want this!
