Help: which coffee table do you like best in this space?

I acquired this awesome mid century modern coffee table this week (along with about 5 other mid mod furniture pieces.....just wait 'til I share the story of how and the pictures of the other pieces).....

But, first and foremost, which table looks best in this space?  I've had the Lane coffee table here for about a year. It matches the tall console with built in planter to the right.  I don't love this Lane table but I like it a lot.   Now, enter the new coffee table.  Really cool lines right?  And it has a wire bottom shelf.  Unique.  It's a bit big but I still like it a lot - don't love it.  Which one looks good in the space until I find something that I absolutely love?

Help!

Original Lane table

New coffee table

Thoughts?  Each one has it's pros and cons.

I have to go with the original Lane. It's legs reflect the design of the new sofa so nicely.

I like the original Lane table. The new table is super fun, but looks a bit 'heavy' in the space. Maybe you could put it at the end of a bed like you would put a trunk or something...Nice find.

Hmmm I have to go with the original Lane coffee table as well....it just fits the space better AND matches the other piece. I think the new coffee table is so much bigger it makes the sofa look awkwardly small in comparison. Very cool table though!

That's a tough decision, as I really like both pieces, but I'd go with the Lane as well. The finish and scale is a better match for the sofa.

both look great, but the lane one syncs with the side table and the settee's legs

I like the new table, but the Lane fits and looks better in the room with its surroundings.

Actually, I like the second table better. It is a little lower and gives the loveseat some more visual breathing room. Plus with the second table, it looks like a well curated space as opposed to a little more matchy-matchy with the Lane. But really, either look great -- maybe this weekend you will find the perfect table for your space (Tulip?)

I like the looks of the second table better though it does appear to be maybe a little big. The Lane definitely matches better but I kind of like that the new one is a little different than the other pieces. Too matchy matchy can get a little dull.

I like the size of the Lane but the style of the new table. I know, I know...I'm no help at all, am I? :) Is the new table really that much longer, or is it the angle of the photo? If there's not that much difference in the length, I'd go with the new one.

I'm still torn. Thanks for all the comments but they've reflected my thoughts exactly! LOL

I like that the new table adds a little different design. I don't like things too matchy-matchy. But, I wish the new table was a bit smaller. I agree it sort of over powers the new settee.

The Lane matches better in terms of size and style but ..... UGH! No decision yet. I suppose it's not a huge deal as we don't love either one. It will get replaced eventually anyway. What to do.... one will be sold so there is no going back.

Hi! I like them both but LOVE the new one. I like it's unique lines. And I think it blends just fine with the other piece - but then I'm not the sort of person that must have everything matching as long as it compliments each other & doesn't look ridiculous I like to mix. My 2 cents ;- ) Beautiful pieces - both.
