Wow! I guess I need to stop checking Orange County and move my search to LA. Not that I have any business buying now... But I hate seeing the wall units for $3,000 and up!
Gee, I stopped looking on CL in the whole southern CA area things were either too hard to find or too expensive. I bet it got snapped up in 15 minutes.
Those are great buys! We're still finding some good prices here, but like everywhere else, we hit dry spells every now and then.
